To order, simply remember the number of the tooth you like and notify us by phone or email. We can check on the availability of your tooth and discuss shipping and payment. We enjoy corresponding with our customers and will get right back in touch with you. When you order, we add $5 per tooth shipping and handling (USPS priority mail) but can reduce shipping charges by combining orders of more than one tooth. We can add insurance at your request.

We always accept money orders. We will accept personal checks but may delay shipment until the checks clear the bank. We can accept credit card payment through "PayPal" but will add an additional 3% to the cost of the item. This is equal to our costs for this service.
