This is a small mottled tan-green-grey-black...sort of "party colored" tooth. The bourlette and root are good and the serrations are there but a little worn. This young shark was 10 ft. larger than "Jaws" when it was alive. Imagine that! Look at the larger photo of this tooth. | FOR SALE | $40 |

This tooth has beautiful "cat-eye" complete, serrated enamel. Blade color is light green-grey in the middle and darker on the edges. The bourlette is ca. 98%+. The root shows some erosion on both the right and left "ear-tip" and there is a small feeding damage area to the right side of the blade. This is an unusual tooth. The color is unusual (tan), the root is unusual (red and is "honeycombed" by clam borers...really interesting), and the shape is unusual (the blade is recurved back on itself). This is a really interesting piece of natural history. | FOR SALE | $48 |

This tooth has grey complete enamel with some visible serrations only. The bourlette (chevron) is in good shape. There are some feeding marks on the tip and small ones along the blade edges. This is an almost complete tooth with grey-green, remnant serrated, enamel.There is slight root erosion on the left root and the tip has been rounded from gnashing against whale bones millions of years ago and river stones more recently. This is a very large, heavy, river polished, grey-green tooth with some "yellowish" mottling. The tooth is whole except for the area on the tip the shark wore down by feeding on large prey when it was alive. This tooth would have been an official 6" monster if the shark had practiced better dental hygene. The beast was considerate by wearing the tip evenly and keeping the natural round shape.... look at the photo. The deeply forked root and bourlette area are in good shape.
